KARACHI: The Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations in Sindh will also remain closed on Wednesday (today) showing the extent of the gas crisis in the province.
It should be noted here that in a period of 15 days the CNG stations in Karachi and other areas were opened only four days. In Karachi and other areas of Sindh, households still face gas shortages and the problem of low gas pressure despite claims by the gas provider of supplying the gas to their domestic consumers.

The CNG stations were scheduled to reopen today, but the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has changed the closure plan again.
The SSGC spokesperson said the decision was made because of the system’s gas shortage, adding that they faced difficulties in fulfilling domestic consumers ‘ gas demand.
