Bollywood’s first blockbuster of the year, Vicky Kaushal’s highest-grossing film, and Rashmika Mandanna’s third highest-earning film, Chhaava, has entered its third week at the box office, collecting over Rs500 crore in total.
According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film saw a 65.38 percent increase in box office collections on its third Saturday, earning Rs21.75 crore. The net collection of Chhaava in India stands at Rs434.25 crore, while its worldwide earnings have reached Rs566.5 crore.

Indian media expects Chhaava to surpass the collections of recent Indian blockbusters, as the film’s overall occupancy on its third Saturday stood at 28.86 percent, with an impressive total of 5,616 shows running across the country.

In Chennai, the film recorded the highest occupancy at 67 percent, despite having only 36 shows. In Pune, occupancy was 55.75 percent across 588 shows, while Mumbai saw 42.25 percent occupancy with 1,142 shows. In Bengaluru, the film had an occupancy of 37.50 percent across 396 shows.
Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, Chhaava also features Divya Dutta, Ashutosh Rana, and Akshaye Khanna in important roles alongside Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna, both of whom shine in their performances.
