LAHORE: The caretaker government of Punjab has decided to send a reference against a judge for providing extraordinary facilities to terrorists.
A meeting was held under the chairmanship of caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, in which the progress of the legal proceedings against the miscreants involved in the incidents of May 9 was reviewed, while cash rewards were approved for those who identify the suspects involved in the incidents of terrorism.
In the meeting, concern was expressed about the illegal facilitation of the named suspects in the attack on the ISI office.

It was decided in the meeting that a reference will be sent against a judge for providing extraordinary facilities to terrorists, while the decision of providing illegal and unconstitutional facilities to the named accused will also be challenged.
It was said in the meeting that facilitating the named accused is tantamount to the killing of justice. Naqvi ordered a full follow-up of the cases registered against the miscreants and said that the arrest of the fugitive miscreants should be ensured as soon as possible.
“Those who attack army installations and public assets do not deserve any concession. May 9 is the history of Pakistan has a dark chapter,” he said.
