Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) leader Gurpatwant Singh has announced that Canada has formally granted approval for the Khalistan Referendum.
According to Gurpatwant Singh, in line with the Canadian government’s authorization, the referendum will be held on November 23 at Billings Estate in Ottawa.
He stated that the government’s approval reaffirms Canada’s commitment to freedom of expression and democratic processes. He added that the referendum represents a peaceful struggle carried out through ballots rather than bullets.
Gurpatwant Singh urged the Sikh community to exercise their right to vote to help free Punjab from what he described as Indian occupation.
Canada’s stance in favor of the Khalistan movement has exposed Prime Minister Modi’s domestic and foreign policy failures on the global stage.
