RAWALPINDI: Bushra Bibi, wife of jailed PTI founder Chairman Imran Khan, underwent a medical examination in Adiala Jail after complaining of vision issues in her right eye.

According to media reports, Dr. Muhammad Arif Khan, Head of Ophthalmology at PIMS Hospital, visited the jail yesterday to assess her condition. She reported pain, blurred vision, and headaches, with the report confirming problems specifically in her right eye.

Doctors are reported to have prescribed targeted eye drops, medications, and precautions to manage her symptoms. A re-examination has been scheduled in four weeks, according to jail sources cited in the surfaced medical report.

Interestingly, this development comes amid ongoing health concerns for the couple, following Imran Khan’s own eye treatment, where PTI has repeatedly voiced strong concerns over Imran Khan’s health, especially his vision loss, and has raised alarms about Bushra Bibi’s well-being in jail.

Recent reports of her eye issues add to the party’s ongoing narrative of inadequate medical care for both.
