NEW DELHI: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has claimed that that ‘Pakistan zindabad’ slogan was raised during the Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra in Madhya Pradesh’s Khargon.
After Richa Chaddha’s public application to join Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat “Jodo” Yatra, “Pakistan Zindabad” (listen towards the end of the video) slogans raised in Khargon.
INC MP posted the video and then deleted it after the faux pas came to light.

The head of the Bharatiya Janata Party Amit Malviya shared the purported video saying, “after Richa Chaddha’s public application to join Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat “Jodo” Yatra, Pakistan Zindabad slogans raised in Khargon. INC MP posted the video and then deleted it after the faux pas came to light.”
However, Congress denied the allegations, calling the video as ‘doctored’. Congress’ general secretary in-charge of communications Jairam Ramesh said a doctored video is doing the rounds to discredit the Bharat Jodo Yatra and stated that there will be a “payback”. He further said “we are taking the necessary legal action immediately. We are prepared for such tactics, and there will be payback.”
