Hadid, whose father is Palestinian, had been incredibly vocal about the Palestinian cause in the past and as a result, she had also faced intense backlash. As per TMZ, Hadid and her family received death threats via email, social media, and even phone messages after their numbers reportedly were leaked online back in November 2024.
Several of her relatives, including sister Gigi, brother Anwar, and parents Yolanda and Mohammed, have changed their phone numbers. Hadid’s real-estate tycoon father was said to be considering contacting the FBI.
The ongoing conflict between Israel and Gaza, which escalated with a surprise attack by Hamas on the Gaza-Israel border on October 7, has led to a tragic loss of life on both sides. The death toll has tragically reached 28,064 people, highlighting the urgent need for a worldwide call for an immediate ceasefire in the region.
