Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt’s recent interview with Vogue magazine has stirred controversy on social media.
The clip of Ali Bhatt’s interview about her beauty secret has gone viral but for all the wrong reasons and sparked backlash. In an interview, the actress can be seen saying that while she was dating her now husband and actor Ranbir Kapoor, he did not allow her to wear lipstick when they were going out.

”When we used to go out at night he would say ‘wipe that off’,” the actress commented. Her comment stirred a huge controversy on social media and many users were upset with the celebrity couple.
Users were quite disappointed with Bhatt’s blended behaviour despite being a woke feminist and doing movies like ‘Gangubai’. One of the users wrote that if your partner is telling you to wipe your lipstick that is the biggest sign for you to run. It is not cute or funny at all. The user also said that every time she is on camera, it feels like she is asking for help.

Despite being the most loved couple in Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor fat shames his pregnant wife Alia Bhatt in one of the videos that went viral for the wrong reasons.
this is not the first time Ranbir’s unusual behaviour has come to light. Last year while promoting their movie ‘Brahmastra’, Ranbir was caught fat-shaming Alia during the live session on Instagram. He made a remark about her weight increase while pointing at her growing tummy.
The internet community did not take kindly to this, and they criticised Ranbir for his statements. The couple, who got married in April of this year, is having their first child together.
