Alamgir Khan Tareen, the brother of JDW Group CEO Jahangir Tareen, has sadly left the world after committing suicide.
According to police sources, the deceased shot himself in the head with a pistol. His brother Jahangir Tareen was attending a party meeting when he came to know about the sad news.

Tareen was a well-known businessman and the owner and managing director of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Multan Sultans.
He had established his name as a leading businessman in South Punjab. He was also the Managing Director of Shamim & Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., the official bottler and franchisee of PepsiCo for South Punjab.

Alamgir Tareen Khan completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and later completed his master’s degree from the prestigious Yale University.

Tareen was the Managing Director and had been in business affairs since 1990. Moreover, Tareen operates one of the largest water purification plants in the country.
Suicide note: What do we know so far?
At the time of suicide, Alamgir was in his house in the Gulberg area of Lahore. According to police officials, Alamgir Tareen left a suicide note in which he mentioned his illness.
On the other hand, his close friends claim that they were unaware of the deceased’s illness.
