Social media users claim that a renowned investigative journalist from Pakistan, Ahmad Noorani, has been forced to take up a salesman job in the United States to fulfill his daily needs.

Anchor Absa Komal of “Dawn News” commented, “Ahmad Noorani is among the frontline investigative journalists of this country. After reporting against powerful individuals, he had to live abroad. If he is working hard to make ends meet, it’s not a matter of shame but rather a matter of pride because instead of compromising his principles, he chose to stay firm.”

Journalist Sheryar Mahsood, hailing from Waziristan, wrote, “A derogatory campaign is being run against Pakistani journalist Ahmad Noorani based on this image. Selling one’s conscience is not considered a sin for Pakistanis. Those who deceive others’ rights are considered their leaders, which is not evil. Seeing Ahmed Noorani working hard impressed me, and I further solidified my trust in his honesty. Now they cannot even call Noorani a lapdog journalist because he works hard and earns respect.”
