ISLAMABAD: After Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also leave for the United States today.
According to details, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will fly to the US from Islamabad today, while reliable sources claim that PPP is actively engaged in a lobbying against federal government.
In this regard, private TV sources claimed that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is leaving for the United States today and intends to stay in the country for at least one week. During his seven-day visit to the United States, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also visit Washington DC and New York and attend an international conference.
Meetings with the PPP political leadership in the United States are also part of Bilawal Bhutto’s schedule. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will meet PPP workers, officials, and political leaders in the United States, while the Sindh Chief Minister has already left for the United States on a private visit six days ago this month.
Moreover, Sindh Health Minister Dr. Azra Pechuho has also left for the United States. It is likely that besides Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the Sindh Chief Minister, the Sindh Health Minister will also be involved in the PPP’s political activities.
According to reliable sources, Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah intends to hold meetings with prominent international personalities in the United States. However, the PPP has ruled out the possibility of any kind of lobbying against the government.
PPP leader Nabeel Gabol has said that the chairman PPP is not going to visit the United States to ask anyone, but he has been invited by the US senators to visit the country. He will go to the United States and fight the case of the Pakistani nation and the issue should not be politicized.
On the other hand, the federal government also became aware of the activities of the PPP. Surprisingly, on 7th July, Dr. Shahbaz Gill, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan, said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was going to the US with a CV to make a deal.
