Actress Mariam Ansari recently shared how she became a fitness trainer after being body-shamed in a movie.
Mariam Ansari recently appeared in a talk show called ‘The Mazedaar Show’ hosted by Faizan Sheikh and Aadi where she was asked why she decided to become a fitness trainer.
Ansari in response shared an interesting story, “I did a film (Halla Gulla) and after that, I was body-shamed a lot because a person looks wide on the bigger screen. That’s why I decided to join the gym, lost a lot of weight and then it became my passion and lifestyle.”
According to her, she used to give people free advice related to workouts and weight loss. “People thought I am professionally working in this field but I was not at that time but I love doing it because it’s good for your mind, health, and body,” she shared.

She also added, “InshAllah I and my husband are planning to open our own space where people come. we are planning to open a fitness and daycare center”. Ansari also revealed that she will be getting married. “Our wedding event will be held in December 2021,” she asserted. Mariam Ansari got engaged with legendry Cricketer Moin Khan’s son Owais Khan a few months back.
