Actress Ushna Shah, who raises awareness about prevalent problems in Pakistani society and body shaming, has schooled a Canadian vlogger who criticised Hunza’s current state.
It all started when a Canadian vlogger Rosie Gabrielle, a few days ago, uploaded a vlog on Instagram and shed light on the situation of Hunza locals. While sharing few pictures from her recent trip to Hunza, the traveller called out ‘local tourists’ for destroying Hunza’s culture with drugs, partying, vulgarity, and leaving a lot of trash.”

However, this rant was not well received by actress Ushna Shah and as she took to Instagram and shared the vlogger’s post about Hunza’s current situation and expressed that Pakistanis do not need ‘white saviour’ to fix anything.
She wrote, “You know what we don’t appreciate? Judgmental, condescending, “white saviour” wanna-be’s. We don’t need YOU to ‘fix us’,” the Balaa star penned. “Government of Pakistan needs to stop handing out YouTube visas.”
According to the Canadian logger in her post, she almost had a nervous breakdown from the amount of disturbance she received from local tourists. “Feeling privileged and entitled to destroy the land, bringing toxic habits to innocent communities is not okay,” she maintained.
