The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) dismissed the reports of conflict between some players and head coach Misbah ul Haq.
Sources said the conflict is said to be related to a lack of discipline during the training session. According to earlier reports, Misbah ul Haq has shown disappointment over the attitude of players including Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, Wahab Riaz, Haris Sohail and Imad Wasim, during the training session.
The board has cleared the situation saying these rumors are baseless as there was no conflict between coach Misbah and the players.
Earlier, Sri-lanka whitewashed Pakistan in the three-day T20 series. On this occasion, the head coach said this series with Sri-lanka serves as an eye-opener and it shows that the cricket system is not up to the mark.
