A famous hotel in Dubai has introduced the world’s most expensive biryani, which costs more than Rs 43,000.
According to a foreign news agency, the most expensive biryani introduced in Dubai has been named the ‘Golden Biryani’, it is served in a gold platter which is made of 23-carat gold.

According to Arab media, the biryani presented to guests at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFS) annual event, costs around Dh1,000 (Rs 43,233) a plate.
‘The Royal Gold Biryani’ is made from three different types of rice — comprising biryani rice, qeema rice, and white, saffron-infused rice — and weighs about three kilogrammes. The dish includes potatoes, boiled eggs, roasted cashews, pomegranate seeds, fried onions, and mint.

‘The Royal Gold Biryani’ is served with exquisite sauces, curries, and raita, as well as nihari, Jodhpuri curry, specialty almond sauce mixed with a raita made from pomegranate seeds, and edible golden leaves.
