PCB announces star-studded commentary panel for PSL 6

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the star-studded commentary panel for month-long Pakistan Super League (PSL) edition six, which starts on Saturday (February 20).

According to a statement released today (Wednesday), Pakistani commentators synonymous with the league including Bazid Khan, Ramiz Raja, Sana Mir and Urooj Mumtaz will be doing bi-lingual commentary.

“Meanwhile renowned Urdu commentator Tariq Saeed and Sikandar Bakht will be part of the panel as Urdu commentators,” the statement added. Former England captain-turned-commentator David Gower will also be joining the commentary panel.

Apart from Gower other foreign commentators to join the league are Simon Doull, Pommie Mbangwa, JP Duminy, Danny Morrison, Dominic Cork, and Alan Wilkins.

However, the former England captain and Danny Morrision will only be part of the commentary panel for the Karachi leg of the tournament. The PCB said that Duminy and Mbangwa will join the commentary box for the second leg in Lahore.
