PPP to hold power show on Dec 27

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has decided to hold a big power show on the death anniversary of former prime minister late Benazir Bhutto Shaheed.

A public meeting will be held on 27th December in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Larkana. For the designated day, the top leadership of the People’s Party issued instructions for preparations for the rally.

A special campaign will be launched in each district for the success of the 27th December rally. A meeting of the PPP central and provincial organization will also be held in the next few days to prepare for the rally.

It should be noted that on the day of martyrdom of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, a meeting is organized by the PPP in Larkana every year. However, this year this gathering is being given special importance in the context of the PDM’s protest movement.

A meeting was held in Multan on the occasion of PPP’s founding day in which his sister Aseefa Bhutto addressed in place of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto while Maryam Nawaz performed leadership duties on behalf of PML-N.
