AUCKLAND: After the third coronavirus Test of the Pakistan cricket squad, players with two history cases have been allowed to rejoin the squad.
Former captain Sarfraz Ahmed and fast bowler Muhammad Abbas have joined the national squad. Both players’ coronavirus test came negative.
The New Zealand Health Authority had declared both the players as star players in the test report. in this regard, PCB officials said that after the test results, the national squad will be allowed to train on the ground.
Medically, two of the six initial COVID-19 positive cases from the Pakistan squad are now not considered infectious anymore. In New Zealand, six members of the national squad tested positive for coronavirus.
