LAHORE: Chairman Kashmir Committee Shehryar Afridi has said that the campaign against state institutions is a conspiracy to weaken the country.

While addressing a function in Lahore, Shehryar Afridi said that the campaign against the institutions is a conspiracy to weaken the country but we have to strengthen the state institutions.

He further said that India wants unrest in Pakistan but the country’s decisions will not be out of the nation. “If Nawaz Sharif wants to respect the vote, then he must return home,” he added.

“I support the Prime Minister’s statement on Nawaz Sharif’s statements,” Afridi said by adding that Nawaz Sharif spoke for an hour but no one banned him.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Prime Minister Imran Khan could be criticized but the country would not be compromised and those who spoke against state institutions would not be spared.
