NEW YORK: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that India can carry out a false flag operation by justifying new aggression.

Members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Coordination Group on Occupied Kashmir met in New York to discuss the ongoing situation in IoK. The meeting was attended by representatives of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Azerbaijan.

The OIC Contact Group meeting was held in New York at the request of Shah Mehmood Qureshi. Pakistan’s envoy to the UN Munir Akram conveyed the message of the foreign minister.

In his message, the foreign minister said that India has intensified its rhetoric against the country with aggression and India can launch a false flag operation by justifying the new aggression.

He said that Indian measures posed a grave threat to regional peace and security and India should immediately lift the inhumane military siege in occupied Kashmir.
