Sheikh Tariq appointed as chairman Pak-UK Business Council

KARACHI: President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Mian Anjum Nisar has appointed Sheikh Muhammad Tariq as a Chairman of Pakistan UK Business Council of FPCCI.
Sheikh Muhammad Tariq is renowned businessmen of Pakistan and has significant relations with businessmen of UK.
 In an appointment letter, President FPCCI showed his desire to act the business council for resolving the issues face by the Pakistan business community and promote/enhance bilateral trade relations with the UK.
During his tenure, he will do his level best for joint ventures, investment and exchange of delegations as well as participation in the Fair and exhibition.
Her Majesty Queen of Britain’s HM Revenue & Customs has also registered Sheikh Muhammad Tariq, renowned Businessmen of Pakistan and Pakistani National Custom Agents for filing of custom declaration service from January 2021.
After completion of BREXIT transition period, additionally more than 250 million custom declaration will be filed and processed.
Sheikh Tariq is also the convener of FPCCI Standing Committee Corporate Relation & Communication for the year 2020.
He was Director of Pak UK Business Council of the year 2019 and also a member of UK Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
