ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate the Ehsaas District Development Portal titled ‘Data4Pakistan’ today.
Through this portal, public access to a structural interactive would be given to the needy people for every district in Pakistan.
The ‘Data4Pakistan’ portal is another important step of the government to promote evidence-based decision making. It will enable the public to get complete information about district poverty and development data.
The indicators currently available in the portal, include a range of demographic, health, education and employment statistics. The portal has been developed in collaboration with the World Bank and will be hosted on the Ehsaas website of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division.
Earlier the prime minister arrived in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to inaugurate the Ehsas Kafalat Program. The program has been launched in the four districts of KP including, Lakki Marwat, Mohmand Agency, Haripur and Charsadda.
