ISLAMABAD: PM’s Special aide on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that people of Pakistan have chosen the new model in the shape of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Firdous Awan took to Twitter and said that the nation has rejected the dynastic rule of previous families and don’t want them to come to power again.
She said that PM Imran was a popular leader who created real Awami Raj in the state.
She also confirmed that the Prime Minister will visit Karachi tomorrow to inaugurate public welfare projects and review the priorities for resolution of Karachi’s problems.

Firdous Awan further said that those who ruled the nation for decades were now admitting their failure.

The Special Assistant has termed the statement of PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi as confession of crime.
شاہد خاقان صاحب آپ کا یہ بیان “ماضی کے ماڈل ملکی مسائل حل نہ کر سکے نئے راستے تلاش کرنے کی ضرورت ہے” اعتراف جرم ہے۔ تین دہائیوں سے قوم پر مسلط رہنے والے آج قوم کے سامنے اپنی ناکامیوں کو قبول رہے ہیں۔ پاکستان کے عوام عمران خان کو وزیراعظم منتخب کرکے نیا راستہ تلاش کر چکے ہیں۔

Earlier, Shahid Khaqan said that the past models could not work and there was need of finding new paths.
The Special Assistant further said that those who were trying to protect themselves as democrats, during their own rule tried to convert the system into monarchy by amending the constitution.
She defined the meaning of democracy in PML-N’s tenure that their democracy was elder brother himself the PM, younger brother, chief minister, nephew all-powerful personality in the largest province and daughter enjoyed the status of “ super-prime minister.”
