KARACHI: Power supply will remain temporarily suspended in various parts of Karachi on September 16 due to routine maintenance and repair work. The relevant authority has released a detailed schedule of power outages for multiple areas.
According to the schedule, electricity will remain shut off in the following areas and timings:
Air Logistics: 8:59 AM to 5:59 PM
Aleemabad: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Al-Ghauri, Bank Quarter, & Bismillah Market: 8:59 AM to 5:59 PM
C Area: 2:29 PM to 5:29 PM
Chinchari: 8:59 AM to 5:29 PM
Coastal Street: 9:59 AM to 11:59 AM
Defence: 10:59 AM to 2:59 PM
Dubai Mall Area: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Ejaz Ansari: 8:59 AM to 5:59 PM
Fatima Barucha: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Gas Turbine: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Hashoo Apartments: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Heaven City: 8:59 AM to 6:51 PM
Jubilee Gate: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Additionally, other areas including Noor Housing, Pier Mahfooz, PIA Precision Engineering, PIA Society, SD Houses, Super Highway Phase 2, Ilaj Gah Plant, and White House have also been included in the power suspension schedule.
Authorities have advised citizens to complete their electricity-dependent tasks in advance, keeping the scheduled hours in view, to avoid any inconvenience.
