Based on the current rates from Forex.pk for Monday, February 2, 2026, the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) continues to trade within a stable yet “soft” range against major global currencies.

While the aggressive devaluations of previous years have subsided, the rupee remains at historically high levels, providing a favorable environment for overseas remittances.

Below are the prevailing rates for major currencies in both the interbank and open markets, which typically carry a small spread for retail transactions.

The rupee’s performance today reflects a broader trend of macroeconomic reconstruction in Pakistan. According to recent reports, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has managed to keep the overnight interbank repo rate near the 10.50% policy rate, which has helped anchor the currency’s value.
