Islamabad declared safer than London and Paris

Islamabad has been ranked among the safest cities in the world with a crime index of 28.63%, according to survey reports.

The survey was conducted by Numbeo. Islamabad ranked at 302 in the list of 374 cities after climbing 30 spots.

The federal capital beat London which stands at 107, Paris at 111, Berlin at 201 and Moscow at 206.

Abu Dhabi has been ranked at number 1 and named as the safest city in world with a crime rate of 11.33%.

Sharjah ranked at the fifth position and Dubai was ranked as the seventh safest city in the world.

The Numbeo is a crowd-sourced global database of reported consumer prices, perceived crime rates, quality of health care, among other statistics.
