Pakistan’s senior actress Bushra Ansari was honored with a Recognition Award at a ceremony in the UK Parliament for her extraordinary contribution to the showbiz industry as well as for social advocacy, as reported by national media on Wednesday.
According to a report, the British Asian Society and Samara Events UK organized the event, while MP Yasmin Qureshi hosted the ceremony. It was attended by many renowned figures, including MP Afzal Khan, A. Haq (Chairman of the British Asian Society), Amal Hafeez, Maria Soraya, and a wide array of community leaders and artists.
