KARACHI: HMD Global company is scheduled to launch the cheapest Nokia phone series in Pakistan from 1st January 2020.
The phone is priced at Rs 8,500 in Pakistan and consists of two colors. These will be of Nokia C1, go edition of the Android 9 operating system with 5.45-inch. The cell will have a 1 GB RAM and 16 GB storage that can be expanded up to 64 GB with a Micro SD card.
The Nokia C1 will run Android 9 Pie (Go Edition) which will be powered by a 2500mAh removable battery. It measures 147.60 x 71.40 x 8.70 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 155.00 grams.
Nokia once was one of the world’s biggest mobile phone manufacturers but it fell behind with the advent of iPhone and Android smartphones.

The Nokia C1 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, FM, and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensor.
The other features will include a camera with 5-megapixel and LED flash on the front and at back too, which will help in snapping much better images even at low light. the cell will be a dual SIM phone.
