Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have been the subject of media speculation regarding their marriage, with rumors suggesting that the couple is facing difficulties. While both have remained largely silent on the matter, Abhishek recently addressed the rumors in an interview with a British Indian media outlet.
Speaking to “Bollywood UK,” Abhishek reportedly displayed his wedding ring, affirming, “I am still married.” He also criticized the media for being insensitive and for exaggerating the situation.
The divorce rumors gained traction when the couple arrived separately at the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Aishwarya attended with her daughter Aaradhya, while Abhishek arrived with other members of the Bachchan family.
In December 2023, several Indian news outlets reported that Aishwarya Rai had left the Bachchan household. The couple, who married in 2007, has one daughter, Aaradhya, born in 2011.
