Netflix’s latest original series Griselda has set a milestone on review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes and is currently top trending on the OTT.
The six-part miniseries is based on the real-life story of Colombian drug trafficker Griselda Blanco, who ran a cocaine cartel in 1980s Miami. Sofia Vergara, who is famous for her role Gloria in ‘Modern Family’, stars in the titular role.
Reactions to Griselda have been positive from viewers, with many sharing their appreciation of the series – and Vergara’s acting – on social media.

The action takes place in Miami during the 1970s and ’80s, where Griselda established a major drug trafficking operation that sparked a brutal and bloody gang war in the city.
