ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted a request to the Election Commission of Pakistan to issue a written decision on the election symbol of bat on August 30.
According to the details, Senator and PTI leader Barrister Ali Zafar submitted an application to the Election Commission on behalf of PTI, in which it was requested that the Election Commission issue a detailed and written decision on August 30.
A decision has to be issued on the issue of the election symbol requested in the application filed by Barrister Ali Zafar. A notice of refusal to issue the bat election symbol was issued on the basis of the party election.

The petitioner, Barrister Ali Zafar, said in the petition filed that the Election Commission’s notice on the basis of intra-party election was a serious mistake.
Senator Ali Zafar said, “There is no justification for depriving Tehreek-e-Insaf of the electoral symbol of the bat after the intra-party election.”
In the petition, it was argued that despite the lapse of 41 days since the judgment of August 30, which was not been provided with the detailed judgment, which is a clear violation of fundamental rights including the Constitution.
