Netflix subscribers will be thrilled to know many anticipated series and shows are lined up this year.
Likewise Netflix original ‘Painkiller’ joins the streamer this month and the second half of episodes of “The Lincoln Lawyer” Season 2 also premiered this August.

1) Berlin (December 2023)
Created by Esther Martinez Lobato and Álex Pina, ‘Berlin’ is an action crime drama. The series will feature Pedro Alonso, Michelle Jenner, Begoña Vargas, Tristán Ulloa, and Julien Paschal.
Throughout the remainder of the show, Berlin is brought back through flashbacks, having one of the most interesting backstories of all of the characters.
2) Who is Erin Carter? (August 24)
A crime drama comes from writer Jack Lothian and is about a British teacher living in Spain who finds herself caught up in a conspiracy after being robbed at a local store.
The cast includes Ana Ularu, Susannah Fielding, Douglas Henshall, Charlotte Vegas.
3) All the Light We Cannot See (November 2)
Created by Steve Knight and Shawn Levy, the genre of the series is drama, history, and war.
The story of Marie-Laure, a blind French teenager, and Werner, a German soldier, whose paths collide in occupied France as both try to survive the devastation of World War II.
The cast features Lars Edinger, Louis Hofmann, Aria Mia Loberti, Hugh Laurie, and Mark Ruffalo.
4) Guns & Gulaabs (August 18)
Guns & Gulaabs is an upcoming comedy crime thriller which is a unique blend of romance and crime thriller. Set in the ’90s cartel-run town of Gulaabgunj, Inspired by the “Misfits of the World”, the series mixes the nostalgic tales of romance, of the 90s, with crime.
The upcoming series focuses on a police officer and a mechanic who gets mired in an unprecedented opium deal.
Guns & Gulaabs features Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav, T.J. Bhanu, Gulshan Devaiah, and the late Satish Kaushi.
5) Castlevania: Nocturne (September 28)
Castlevania: Nocturne is an animated series that features Zahn McClarnon, Sophie Skelton, Nastassja Kinski, Richard Dormer, and Thuso Mbedu.
Following the success of Castlevania on Netflix several years ago, your favorite characters are back in a brand new setting for eight episodes set to release at the end of September.
