Pakistan Stocks dip by 67.87 points

KARACHI: The last day of the business week continued to be bearish in the Pakistan Stock Exchange today, as a result of which the (PSX) 100 index fell by 67.87 points.

A total of 156,023,085 shares were traded during today’s business day as compared to 149,676,270 shares on the previous day, while shares worth Rs 3.746 billion were traded against Rs 3.606 billion on the previous business day.

Around 323 companies traded their shares in the stock market. Among them, 108 increased and 183 decreased in share prices while 32 companies’ share prices remained unchanged.

Rafhan Maize saw a maximum gain of Rs 147.80 per share, which closed at Rs 8,499.00. In second place was Colgate Palm XDXB, which increased by Rs 84.44 to Rs 1,210.33 per share.
