ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has thanked the government for putting his name on the exit control list.
In his message on Twitter, the PTI chairman said that he has no property and business abroad. “I don’t even have any foreign bank account outside the country,” he said.
I want to thank the government for putting my name on the ECL as I have no plans to travel abroad, because I neither have any properties or businesses abroad nor even a bank account outside the country.

“I neither have any properties or businesses abroad nor even a bank account outside the country. If and when I do get an opportunity for a holiday, it will be in our northern mountains, my favourite place on earth,” he tweeted.

It should be noted that Imran Khan and other party leaders have been barred from traveling abroad in the wake of the May 9 violent protests.
According to reports, names of former first lady Bushra Bibi, former speaker of National Assembly Asad Qaiser, Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, and more than 600 leaders of PTI have been included in the nine-fly list.
