During an official visit to the UK, Chief of Naval Staff, called on Royal Navy’s First Sea Lord, Christopher Gardener & discussed matters with regard to maritime security and bilateral naval collaboration.

Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi was welcomed with a dignified guard of honor and conferred with the Britannia Royal Naval College Medal. During the visit matters related to maritime security and bilateral naval collaboration were discussed between Pakistan’s CNS and Assistant Chief of Naval Staff Christopher Gardener of UK.
The CNS also attended Strategic Round Conference and visited HMS VICTORY, HMS DIAMOND, UK’s National Maritime Information Centre & British Think Tank, International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) where he delivered a Talk and interacted with the think tank participants.
