Known for his character ‘Captain America’, the actor was named People Magazine’s ‘sexiest man alive’, following his Marvel co-star Paul Rudd having the title in 2021. The 41-year-old man said that the title feels like a weird form of humble bragging. However, he was eager to share the news with his biggest fan – his mom.
“My mom will be so happy,” Evans told People in an exclusive interview by adding, “She’s proud of everything I do but this is something she can really brag about.”
Despite his many Hollywood awards, the Gray Man star has aspirations outside of acting, which include marriage and fatherhood. Evans said, “That’s absolutely something I want.”
Evans gained wider recognition for his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films, from Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) to Avengers: Endgame (2019). His work in the franchise established him as one of the world’s highest-paid actors.

Evans will star in the action-adventure film Ghosted, from director Dexter Fletcher, and is also slated to play Gene Kelly in an as-yet-untitled film based on an original idea of his own Additionally, he will star in the action comedy Red One, as well in David Yates’s Pain Hustlers starring Emily Blunt for Netflix.
