Local officials of Met Department said Neelum, upper regions of Jhelum valley became chiller due to snowfall on mountains. Besides this, intermittent rains increased the cold in lower areas of the valley. The significant mountain snow in Muzaffarabad hills including Makra, Saran and Pirchanasi brought much colder temperature in the valley.
