Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar has announced his next production titled Govinda Naam Mera starring Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar in the leading roles.
The first look was unveiled today on Karan Johar’s Twitter account and through the teaser, it has been revealed that the movie will release next year on 10th June. Presenting the first look, Johar wrote, “Meet Govinda Waghmare! Heart of gold and dance moves are bold! Presenting #GovindaNaamMera, where there will be unlimited laughter, confusion, and chaos! In cinemas on 10th June 2022.”

Sharing the first look at Bhumi Pednekar, Karan wrote, “Mrs.Waghmare is a force to be reckoned with! Meet her in #GovindaNaamMera, in cinemas on 10th June, 2022.” Karan Johar further shared another look of Kiara Advani and wrote, “What’s a story without a few twists? And what’s a story without a gorgeous lady to bring them! #GovindaNaamMera, a package of entertainment for you is coming to cinemas on 10th June 2022!”

Written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, the movie’s name has been reportedly changed from Mr. Lele to Govinda Naam Mera. Besides Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar, the movie also stars Kiara Advani.
