Google has introduced new tools for people with disabilities that will allow them to use Android phones to change their facial expressions.

According to AFP, Google has said that people with deafness and physical disabilities can now use their smartphones without raising their eyebrows or smiling.

Google’s two new tools, machine learning, and smartphone front camera detect users’ facial expressions and eye movements. Users can choose any option by smiling, raising eyebrows, opening their mouths, or looking right, left, up, and down. People use the phone in their daily lives with voice commands or with their hands. However, this is not possible for people with physical disabilities and deafness.

Google has introduced two new features in this regard in which users will be able to operate smartphones with the help of ‘Face Switch’. Similarly, Google has also introduced a new application called ‘Project Active’ through which mobile can be used using facial expressions.

The application is available for free to users on the Google Play Store in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that 61 million people in the United States live with a physical disability.

The data has forced major technology companies such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft to create products that are more accessible.  It should be noted that Apple, Google, and Microsoft are bringing a number of new innovations that make it easier for people with disabilities or other people to use technology.
