Khalid B. Wyne, Head of Marketing and Customer Experience said “If the last year and a half has taught us anything, it’s that it’s more important than ever before for companies to be flexible and empathic in the channels that are most convenient for customers.”

“Vehicle location services are one of the most frequently used features by our customers today. And allowing them the convenience to do this over WhatsApp, where every interaction is end-to-end encrypted, is just one of the many ways in which we’re trying to add to customer delight.”

Backed by a highly responsive Customer Success team, Falcon-i has acquired expertise in providing customers with complete insights in to their vehicles; speed, fuel consumption, temperature monitoring, driver identification, video surveillance and much more.
