SWAT: A 4.5 magnitude earthquake jolted parts of Mingora of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Wednesday.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the intensity of the earthquake was recorded 4.5 on Richter Scale, while its depth was 40 kilometers inside the land and its epicenter was border area of Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

As the tremors hit cities, people came out of their houses and offices reciting verses from the Holy Quran.
No loss of life and property was reported from any area of the country due to the earthquake.

Earlier in November, an earthquake of a magnitude of 3.7 on the Richter scale jolted different parts of Balochistan. The tremors spread panic amongst locals, although no loss of life and property was reported from any area.
The intensity of the earthquake’s epicenter was 66 kilometers away from Sibbi on the South Eastern side.
The earthquake tremors were felt in different parts of the province including Quetta, Sibbi, Jaffarabad, and adjoining areas.
