ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said that the benefit of a reduction in the prices of petroleum products should also reach ordinary men.
Speaking in the National Assembly, Ishaq Dar said that the government is doing its best to correct the responsibilities of the previous government and give relief to the people. “The price of diesel has been reduced by Rs 30 and the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs 12,” he said.
The finance minister said that the price of light diesel has also been reduced for the convenience of farmers. He further said that it is the responsibility of the provincial governments to take measures to bring benefits to the people.
