A house owner has been accused of raping a 13-year-old maid, after which a case was registered in Punjab’s Sadiqabad.
According to a private TV channel, the police said that a case has been registered against a 13-year-old maid by a house owner in the Sadiqabad police station area, as a result of which the girl has been accused of being pregnant, against whom a case has been registered.
The plaintiff in the case, Msmat Ghulam Fatima, has stated that she is a resident of Faisalabad and the 13-year-old Aziza had been with her for the past 7 years due to the death of her father and her mother’s second marriage.
According to the plaintiff, she had left the girl with Msmat Sunila Adeel for better education and training. According to the text of the case, it had been agreed with Sunila Adeel and others that they would provide the girl with better education and training and pay Rs 6,000 per month.
The case states that the girl had been with them for the past 5 years and during this time they would occasionally talk on the phone. According to the plaintiff, they did not talk to the girl for some time, after which on December 15, when the plaintiff came to meet and pick up the girl, she was initially not allowed to meet her, later the girl was handed over to them, with whom she went to the village.
After going to the village, it was found that the girl was pregnant. On getting a test done and asking questions, the girl said that the landlord Adeel kept forcing her by giving her sleeping pills and had also raped her a month ago.
The text of the case also states that Shafi and Adeel beat and threaten the girl. According to the police, a case has been registered and an investigation into the incident has been started.
