Zartaj Gul’s ministry gets top rank in solving public issues

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Performance Delivery Unit (PMDU) has issued a list showing the performance of the top 10 ministries in solving public issues in the past two years.

As per the list released by PMDU today, the Ministry of Climate Change ranks the top, as 57 percent of people have expressed satisfaction over the performance of its minister Zartaj Gul in resolving public issues.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Commerce and Parliamentary Affairs ministry of Babar Awan stood at number-2 and 3 respectively in the top 10 best performance ministries’.

Ministry of Planning and Development and Special Initiatives headed by Asad Umar ranked number 4 in the list with 51 percent of the votes.

Prime Minister’s Performance Delivery Unit ranked Ministry of Information as number 5 in the performance list.

Placing number 6th, 50 percent of people were satisfied and expressed confidence over the performance of the Ministry of Narcotics Control.

Shah Mehmood’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs got 49 percent of the vote and ranked at number 7. Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination also received 49 percent vote and was ranked at number 8.

Ministry of Overseas leading by Zulfi Bukhari has been ranked 9th in the PMDU list as 47 percent people satisfied with its performance in the last 2-years. Ministry of Privatisation was ranked 10th in the list with 46 percent of the vote.
