Nisha Rawal, wife of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata actor Karan Mehra has pressed assault charges against him for physically assaulting her and revealed shocking details about his marriage.
Karan, who was later bailed, had dismissed the rumours of problems in their marriage last month, but a recent incident has left people shocked. Karan has also been accused of having an extramarital affair.
Nisha Rawal held a press conference and spoke about all the accusations that Karan has levelled against her. While turning down the allegations, she was bipolar disorder and stated that she suffered from bipolar disorder in 2014 after she had a miscarriage and at that time Karan was not available to talk and was completely detached from her.
She denied Karan’s allegations that she herself banged her head against the wall and questioned that why will she do it as being an actress, her face is the most precious thing for her, “I know he’s saying that I banged my face against the wall but I am an actor why would I do that. For me my face is precious. I have a child, why would I do that.”

Talking about the incident of assault, the actress shared, “I don’t want a father like Karan Mehra for my child who is unethical. If you have an affair with someone just speaks up and get separated, you don’t have to make it so dirty. But he lost his plot yesterday because for the first time, I voiced whatever I was feeling,” she asserted.
She said that as soon as she told him he is a bad human being and did not say anything which was unnatural, he got upset, he stood up and held her hand and pushed her against the wall. “I think even he did not realise in anger that it would get out of hand this time.” Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal have been married for nine years and have known each other for 14 and have a son.
