Who is Asad Abbas?
Hailing from the small town of Satiana, 33 year old Asad Abbas mark his name in the music industry, earning accolades such as the Pakistani Sangeet Icon award and a Lux Style Award for his exceptional talent.
Early life
He started practicing his vocals when he was a child until 14 odd years ago when his professional singing career was propelled into fame following his win at the Pakistan Sanget Icon season 1.

Music career
He has showcased his extraordinary vocal abilities as the lead singer of the Meekal Hassan Band. Abbas never since looked back and sang, as lead vocalist for the band. He also did a Coke Studio song ‘Mahi Gal’ which he did for season 6.
Unfortunate deteriorating health
Abbas plunged into renal failure following his blood pressure condition as he has to go through dialysis and a kidney transplant.
Appeal to government
Abbas needs around Rs80- to 90 million for his treatments for which he has resorted to seeking help from the government.
