What serious allegations did Maria’s killer brother make about other brother?

In the case of the murder of Maria, who was brutally killed by her own brother and father in Toba Tek Singh, the District Magistrate granted a two-day police remand to the two murderers.  

Toba Tek Singh police produced the two murderers, Faisal and his father Abdul Sattar, before District Magistrate Talat Javed and requested physical remand. The court handed over the accused to the police on a two-day physical remand.

In his police statement, Kausar said that his brother called him at one o’clock in the night and told him that his sister Maria was not well. Kausar said that when he reached home at night, Maria was not alive and her throat was strangled and her face was badly bruised.

During the police investigation, Maria’s murder case took a new turn as the main accused Faisal said in the police statement that the murdered girl was raped by her elder brother Shehbaz who must be arrested.

The main accused Faisal also told the police about the involvement of some unknown persons in the case and demanded the arrest of all of them. The father Abdul Sattar told the police during the investigation that he did not kill his daughter Maria but his younger son  Faisal did in the name of honour.

In the viral video of the tragic incident, the tragic death of the girl was shown. In the video, it can be seen that the youngster asked her father to give her water after the murder, while her other brother and brother-in-law were also present in the room.

Shahbaz, the second brother of the victim, had recorded the incident on his phone to show the brutality of his heartless brother Faisal, and father Abdul Sattar. The accused Faisal killed the victim girl with the help of her father Abdul Sattar and buried the body to hide the crime. The police arrested the two murderers after digging the grave of the victim.

The post-mortem report of the deceased Maria has revealed that the bones of the neck of the deceased Maria were broken while there are also marks of torture on the body. In the video, Maria’s brother Shehbaz, and his wife can be heard advising the father and brother to free the sister.

According to the statement of the deceased’s elder brother Shehbaz, the father and brother used to rape the deceased Maria. They said that they came to the room to save Maria but were threatened by her father and brother that they would kill their daughters as well.
