To select these airlines, experts thoroughly examined their complete service experience. These services included meals, snacks, and beverages, an economy seat with at least 31 inches of legroom, business class beds, a seven-star safety rating, and a strong economy offering to meet the standards of the list.
South Korea’s airline was awarded the title of Airline of the Year for its exceptional focus on passenger comfort, high-quality meals, and outstanding economy class. Korean Air earned the top spot due to its remarkable attention to passenger comfort, including socks, eye masks, a menu based on both Western and Korean options, and service delivered with a smile.
Former winners Qatar Airways, Air New Zealand, and Cathay Pacific were also ranked highly based on passenger comfort.
The list was compiled based on reviews from passengers and analysis by aviation experts.
