ISLAMABAD: Former fast bowler Wasim Akram vowed to eradicate polio-virus from the country, today on Thursday.
According to media reports, a ceremony was organized in Islamabad on the account of the World Polio Day where Wasim Akram appointed as the ambassador of polio eradication in the country.
Every child in Pakistan deserves to live a healthy life. Many children fall prey to polio-virus which impacts the quality of their life.

On this occasion, he encouraged the people of Pakistan to join him in the mission of polio elimination from Pakistan.
Later, the legendary cricket took to twitter and revealed the news to his fans and followers.
