KABUL: Pakistan’s Ambassador to Afghanistan Mansoor Ahmad Khan has said that we want political leaders to take Afghanistan out of the war situation for which contacts are being made between the Taliban and political leaders.
According to details, Mansoor Ahmad Khan while talking to a private TV channel said that Pakistan wants all political parties including the Afghan Taliban to work together to form the political system of the country.
The current situation in Afghanistan is uncertain, Pakistani Ambassador Mansoor Ahmad Khan said. Contacts are being made with political dignitaries to form a new system in the country, which is welcome, he maintained.
The Afghan Taliban and other political leaders are liaising with each other, Mansoor Ahmad Khan said. We want political leaders to get the country out of this war situation. “We want a political system for lasting peace in Afghanistan,” he said. Pakistan has helped its citizens as well as foreigners to leave Kabul, he added.
The Ambassador of Pakistan further said that we have cooperated with people who want to go to different countries including Pakistan. It is hoped that after political stability, people will return and participate in the development of Afghanistan.
